Refund & Returns Policy
At SAVE FIPCATS, we are confident in the effectiveness of GS-441524 therapy. If our GS441524 therapy will not protect your cat from FIP, we will refund 50% of all Unused Vials and Unopened Tablets Strips. We cannot resell these products, but they will be donated to cat shelters.
Our refund policy:
• This refund is only available if the cat has been properly treated with SAVE FIPCATS's products.Cat owners who died after less than 14 days and were not rescued.
• Items purchased must be unused and in the same condition you received them. It also needs to be in its original packaging.
• This guarantee applies to Vials or Tablets purchased within 21 days of the claim being made.
• In order to pay for shipping, shipping For materials, labor and transaction costs (such as payment gateway fees), we charge USD 80 cost.
• Unopened Vials should be stored at 3-8°C and Tablets should be stored at room temperature to avoid exposure to sunlight.The light shines directly until it is returned to us.
To prevent abuse, we will require the following documents (at a minimum) to process your claim:
• Attach your pet’s FIP diagnostic report and blood test to confirm FIP.
• Clinical history notes from the veterinarian who treated your pet and when your cat died of FIP Medical certificate of death.
• Dated receipt from the same veterinarian.
• Completed return form (Download here).
• Bank Details - Payments can only be made to you or the treating veterinary provider.Providing the above documentation to support your claim will help us process and issue your refund promptly.
If we need more information to support your claim, we may contact your veterinarianProvider or you.Unless there are exceptional circumstances, this will result in your claim not being paid.

This guarantee does not apply to purchases made through any donation program.
• Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as initial shipping costs.
• Once we receive your item we will inspect it and let you know that we have received your returned item

• Once we receive the item in our warehouse, it can take up to 14 business days to refund you
